System requirements

• Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit
• Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime (included in Windows 11; if it is missing, the till offers to install it)
• A network with internet access. Sales also work offline and are sent when the connection is back.
• For Android: a phone or tablet with Android 8 or later

Updates are automatic

The till checks for new versions at start-up and every 4 hours and downloads them in the background. A new version is only installed when no sale, intake or payment is in progress – otherwise at the next start or right after the Z report. The till's data is kept.

Installing on Windows

1. Click Download Setup.exe and open the file.
2. If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", click More info and then Run anyway.
3. The till is installed for the current Windows user without administrator rights, with the shortcut CTpos Kasse on the desktop and in the Start menu.
4. Start CTpos Kasse and register the till with a registration code from the backoffice (Shops and tills).

Installing on Android

1. Open this page on the phone or tablet (Android 8 or later) and tap Download the Android app.
2. Open the file. If Android asks whether the browser may install unknown apps, allow it and tap Install.
3. Start CTpos Kasse and register the till with a registration code from the backoffice (Shops and registers). For a till that has been used before, use Move to new device.
