Questions and answers

Is massage VAT exempt?

No, ordinary massage and cosmetic treatments are subject to VAT (25 %). Only health care, for example by an authorised physiotherapist, is exempt – put it in a group with 0 % VAT. Ask your accountant if in doubt.

Can the customer fill in the form at home?

Yes. The link in the booking confirmation shows the forms the treatment needs. The customer answers and signs with a finger or the mouse. Signed forms cannot be changed – a correction is a new version.

Who can see forms and photos?

Only staff with access. Every view is logged, and forms and photos are deleted after the last visit (24 months by default).

Can we use the photos on Instagram?

Only if the customer has said yes to marketing for that photo. That consent is off until the customer says yes, and it can be withdrawn.

Can we ask whether the customer wants a receipt?

Yes. Choose Ask or Button only under Receipt printing, so the receipt is only printed when the customer wants it.

Can we use CTpos on a tablet?

Yes. CTpos Kasse for Android works on tablets and Sunmi tills with a built-in printer and a camera for photos.
